Should you be unhappy with any of our products please contact our customer
services team.
If goods are returned they must be returned in the following conditions;
- Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
- Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Timesco unless the goods are faulty.
- Please ensure that goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We can not except any liability for goods lost in transit.
- Cabinets, couches and autoclaves may not be returned for credit or refund.
- Items that are within 6 months of their expiry date may not be returned for credit or refund.
All of our reusable instruments are covered by a lifetime guarantee which includes all
springs and screws.
