In response to the current COVID-19 situation in the UK, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that Timesco are operating as normal and have had zero suspected cases within the business.
We have already taken a number of precautionary actions to ensure that we can continue offering the best service for you whilst keeping our team safe. The senior management team are monitoring the situation closely and meeting daily to ensure that we are continuing to follow all guidance and advice issued by HM Government and Public Health England.
We are planning for all eventualities wherever possible, examples of which include segregated working environments and team separations. We have also fully prepared for office teams to start working remotely, should that be deemed necessary. We have introduced a clear travel policy, meaning we are fully aware of all travel arrangements that our team members have.
We have increased the level of cleaning throughout the building and we expect all team members to follow best hygiene practices as recommended by the World Health Organisation. Hand sanitiser & disinfection wipes are widely available across the business for our team to use on their individual work stations and throughout shared environments.
In addition to the above processes, until further notice, we are restricting all visitors into the office to be ‘essential visitors’ only.
As well as taking all reasonable precautions in the office, we are asking everyone to take sensible steps to protect themselves and reduce their chances of catching the virus, or becoming seriously ill as a result of it, whilst outside of the office.
To confirm, so far, we have had zero suspected cases of Coronavirus at Timesco. We are monitoring the guidance issued by HM Government and Public Health England and we will continue to follow all guidance carefully.
